Highway 11 Interchange Project
Replacement of the interchange at Highway 11 and Highway 1 to accommodate the widened highway and increased traffic volumes and, to improve safety.
Highway 1 Six-Laning and CPKC Underpass Replacement – Township of Langley
The project includes approximately 1.0 km of Highway 1 Six-Laning between 216th Street interchange and 232nd Street interchange, replacement and realignment of the existing Canadian Pacific Kansas City railway underpass across Highway 1.
Mission Senior Secondary School
The Board of Education of School District No. 75 (Mission) is seeking a partner to design and build a new Secondary School to address an aging existing school and enrolment capacity projections for the district. The Project will be built at 32939 7th Avenue, Mission, on the same site as the existing Mission Secondary School. The existing school will remain operational throughout construction of the new school, with demolition commencing following the completion of construction.
Richmond Hospital Redevelopment Project: Phase 2 & 3
Richmond Hospital is a community-based hospital with some tertiary programs. Richmond Hospital and its community partners provide a broad range of health services to residents of Richmond, Delta, and travellers using the Vancouver International Airport and the BC Ferries system.
Kamloops Cancer Centre
The Project is comprised of two concurrent components: design and construction of a new, five-storey, standalone satellite outpatient radiation oncology clinic facility and a series of renovations in existing spaces within the Royal Inland Hospital campus.
Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project
The Belleville Terminal Replacement Project involves the demolition of the existing Clipper Terminal infrastructure and constructing a new consolidated preclearance terminal building.
